New month, new goals...

I have choosen October to reevaluate my workout goals.
 
I have started waling in hopes of working my way up to running, but rehurt my foot last week so...
I am going to start Jillian Michael's 30 day shred.
 
Tonight I'm gonna try and get hubby to take my before pictures and measurements.
I plan to do weekly progress reports...
